Anton Dasovic is a master criminal conspiring to steal a new submarine detector device which is developed and to be tested by the OSI.
When Dr. Henry Klempt has isolated a sound that drives sharks to attack the source, Dasovic gets Klempt to rig a transmitter that can be attached to a divers wetsuit. Jaime Sommers becomes the intended victim when she scuba-dives to investigate adverse parties vandalizing the device.
