Bill Womullun is an OSI agent who was captured during a mission in Nashville, Tennessee. Womullum discovered that information stolen from the U.S. government was being distributed as a high frequency code in audio recordings by country-western star Buck Buckley. Jaime Sommers was sent to locate Womullun and continue his mission. He was eventually rescued by Sommers.
During the mission briefing, Oscar Goldman gave Jaime a photo of Womullun. When she commented that Womullun's appearance did not seem to fit his mission to Nashville, Goldman assured her that before he was sent out he looked "as country as an ear of corn."
