Pon is a planet on the same side as the Earth's Solar System in the Milky Way Galaxy.
In "Sanctuary Earth", Ulonans on planet Ulo attacks Zhorlans on planet Zhorla. The parents of Princess Aura rule the planet Zhorla. They fear for the safety of Aura, and are afraid that she would be captured and held hostage in the war. They thus send her to head for Pon which is a planet of legal sanctuary.
While Aura is travelling to Pon in her spacecraft, she has to pass by the Sun of the Earth's Solar System. A solar storm causes the spacecraft to go off course. Aura sees a weather satellite. She moves alongside it, gets inside by condensation, and forces it to land on Earth. Aura thus never reaches Pon.
