Richard Douglas Hurst (born January 1, 1946) is an American actor most famous for portraying Deputy Cletus Hogg, in episodes from 1980 to 1982 in The Dukes of Hazzard & two TV movies, The Dukes of Hazzard: Reunion! in 1997 & The Dukes of Hazzard: Hazzard in Hollywood in 2000. In the SMDM second season episode The Midas Touch, plays Connors.
