"Santiago" is the code name of Lyle Stenning's lieutenant, and second-in-command of the terrorist group Fortress. Oscar Goldman states that the real name of "Santiago" is unknown. He was introduced in Return of the Six Million Dollar Man and the Bionic Woman and was played by Terry Kiser.
